We want all our customers to receive high quality products. If there is a problem with the product you received or if your delivery is not identical to your order (wrong product or if a product is missing), please contact our customer service. If you send us an email, please include as many details as possible, including your order number and a photo if there is a problem with any of the products.
If you are not completely satisfied with your product(s), simply return the unused product(s) in its original packaging intact within 14 days of receipt for a refund.
When we receive the product, we will refund the value of the product purchased, shipping costs will be your responsibility.
All products must be returned in their original packaging with all documentation enclosed and the packaging must not be damaged in any way – neither must the product. Otherwise no refund will be possible.
You must pay the shipping costs for the return of the goods and this must also be arranged by you. The goods are your responsibility until they arrive at our address. Please make sure to pack the product securely to avoid damage to the products or boxes.
How to return a product
Please note that when you return a product, it is very important to indicate the order number as well as your name and address. Without this information, we will not be able to process your refund. In addition, a detailed description of the problem is required – if you have a claim. Don’t forget to provide us with a receipt for your shipping costs if we have to refund them.
Please include a return form with the returned products.
It may take up to 14 days for us to receive your return, depending on the postal service you use. Once we receive the returned products, we will inspect them and process the refund within 48 hours.
